Note to Self + Business Typhoons: We could make Many bucks -- at least a hunnerd fiddy -- by producing and mass-selling pouches of cat-glop sauce by itself, without the glop, si man. Self? Steveklar? Brother D?

That's easy. Back at your fish monger, ask for 5 kilos of fish guts. Back at home, freeze 4 kilos, as yer gonna prep 1 kilo at a time.

With that one kilo, put it in a 1 gallon pickle jar with solution, 800 millilitres mix of 1/2 vinegar, 1/2 water. Cap tightly, set it dark place for 3 days.

[suggest you do this step outside]

3 days later, open it all up, put in blender in batches. Once all is blended, put 'some' in a stewpot at simmer temperature. add flour sporadically and keep stirring, till it's the consistency of gravy.

Set aside, allow to cool, put in ziplock bags. 1 kilo of fish guts makes about 4 litres of cat-glop sauce.

Voila ! Cat glop sauce !
