Well, I can't hold my breath for any more impressively mongo posts, no man, so I shall minister to cat (who's been jockeying for it all eve), prep for bed, and go there, oj zzz.

I've been sleeping for the past 2 days with small brakes to eat and move around. Not sure what I caught but boy I feel like #######. You would think being on antibiotics for 10days I'd be safe from getting something else. I was happy the man had monday off he kept the wholly terror away from mommy for the most part. So now I need to find food and see how long I last before needing a nap.

the nutritional yeast is very nutritional and you cannot taste it in the smoothie at all (I gotta say thank god cause it is usually used as cheese on salads but hey...any way i can get some vitamins ! )

I have to say, I've been feeling so much more positive since I went make to the gym. It's encouraging to see that even after a few days things are starting to get easier to do. :)

Ontarkie, feel better soon! I'm starting to get a bit of a cold myself unfortunately. Grumble grumble.

My husband smoked a pork butt yesterday. I made him and the kids eat left overs too sick to even think about cooking anything, and they probably will eat that again tomorrow unless they cook.
