i 130 proceesing time

hi guys ..we have just called to USCIS yesterday ..they said the current time for I 130 approval is 8 and half months ..does anybody has the same updates from USCIS ?

i think is between 7-9 months, in this range

OMG are you serious Cuz, everytime i call they refuse to give me any information regarding the Approvals when will they be approved or processing time. Horrible

VJ shows this same processing time all over everyone's posts. You can also review timeline "estimates" on the USCIS website. There are literally hundreds of thousands of us in line being processed by five US processing centers that are querying beneficiary home countries all day every hour of every day. Keep in mind too that altho the USCIS processing centers are still working, the US embassies and consular offices are on furlough so nothing is happening for any of us on that end.

I've learned several things in this process:

Quit watching for the timeframes to change...if they do it will be a glorious day

We're all in the same lines, be patient, someone else is in front of me who started before me, they get theirs before I do. BE PATIENT.

Look at all the information you passed the government on your application and all the supporting documentatioin.....they look at everything and verify everything. You don't know if it's the US or the beneficiary's country holding your file captive for verification of information. BE PATIENT.

Makes me nuts that people complain on here very day that they have to go through this process as gruelling as it is, for something they want so badly. BE PATIENT

And STOP bad mouthing the US.

If you can't do it, if you can't wait, if it's not worth it, get out of line and give the guy in front of me your place!!!

I have nine months and thirteen days waiting for my NOA2 .. for my husband .. and hopefully soon come .. This part is a lot of patience, and by this point I am desperate.
