After my husband get his 2 years green card i was wondering if i can quit my job because right now i am able to be his sponsor on the I-864 cause i have income coming in from my job. But after he get his green card do you think its safe to quit my job. I really want a job change for personal reasons? Is this going to bite me later ? Or do they not care about my income after he get green card??I know being his sponsor will not end until he becomes a citizen. But will they still check up on me once he get his green card??

That don't do job checks on you. And of course you can change jobs. The whole purpose of the Affidavit of support is your promise to the US government the immigrant will not become a public charge.

Be happy change jobs. It is okay.

Yes. After he gets the green card your income doesn't matter anymore.
