Are there any tips or best practices for contacting the Manila Embassy?

Here is my current situation. We just got our immigrant case number and visa transferred to the DOHA embassy this week. Issue is my fiance's boss sent her home after he shut down his business on Sept 29. So close! So I contacted DOHA embassy yesterday and they said that the Manila embassy had to contact Doha to get files transferred. I was given a UID number last night from DOHA embassy and I need to give to Manila embassy so they can transfer the case.

Can I use this number: (703) 520-2235 or do I need to call the embassy directly? Email seems to have a slow response with USCIS, NVC, and embassies.

Thank you for your help in advance.

NEW EMAIL ADDRESS

In order to serve our visa applicants more efficiently, we have created this new e-mail address:IVMNLAppointments@state.gov , for early appointment requests and visa scheduling issues. Please note, however, that early appointment requests will be approved on a case to case basis (i.e., aging out cases, or in cases involving personal or medical emergencies), and only if visa interview slots are available.

For other immigrant and K visa concerns, please send an e-mail to IVManilaReplies@state.gov

Messages should be limited to 500 characters or less. The mail size should not be more than 15 KB.

WTH, I call this number (703) 520-2235 and it ask me to choose the language and I do. All it does is keep asking me for my language over and over until it disconnects me because I did not choose a language. We have Cisco IP phones at work and they are brand new. Ridiculous!

May have to try your cell phone or home phone.

Of course it's night time there right now. Might want to try when the embassy is open also, better change of talking to someone ;)

My fiance had the same issue calling the US Embassy. USEM usually replies 1-2 days on emails.

When I called the US Embassy the other day, I dialed this # +632-301-2000 extension 5184. I am calling from US and used phone card so the rate is not bad.

I did get this response via email: "We referred your communication to our processing team for appropriate action."
