Hello my friends !

My Name is Marcus and since today im a new Member of VJ, ... im 38 Years old and live in the south-southern Part of Germany, called Bavaria , ... in the Bigger Munich Metropolian Area,...

Im Married to my wife since July 2013 , after an 2,5 Year Relationship , ... My wife worked as an Teacher for the DOD on an US-Army Base in Bavaria, ... we applied for an CR1-DCF Visa for me.

My wife PCS`d back home to Idaho this August , ... so now im here and im waiting until my CR1-DCF is getting approved , ...

On July 15 we went to the Frankfurt Consulat. My wife went to the Consulate for my Petition I-130 , meanwhile i went to the Frankfurt Doc for my Medical. My Petition I-130 was approved by the USCIS on 9/19/13, ... so, now we have to do the new Online form DS-260, ... its sad because we are falling with my Visa-Case between a big Change (DS-230 to DS-260, Medical only 6 month until it expires, etc), ... so hopefully , all will going well , and i can make my Greencard-Activate-Flight on 1/11/14, ... My final Move to ID is next May, ... hopefully !

My Major Problem is now , this June we went to an Infoday, only for CR1-DCF-Visas, from the Frankfurt-Consulate at the US-Army Base from my wife. And this officials from the consulate told us "No worries, then u booth go to the consulate in Frankfurt , ur wife is going to the Consulate, meanwhile u can go to the Medical, even without an Casenumber", ... wasent the Problem, also. But now after the Change my Medical is only valid to the 1/15/14, ... so my day of departure will be the 1/10/14, ... , i guess this is a Little bit Riski, and so i think i will make another Medical in Munich then they tell me to do so, ... or perhaps im ok because my Petition was approved before the date they have changed some rules like the Medical from one year valid to six months, ... we will see, ...

I really looking Forward to live my new life with my wife in the Rockies !:-)
