Will do! I have a feeling you're right about them asking for the instructions based on the USEM letter, but I wanted to be safe regarding the DS160 anyway.

@Jen: I didn't have a hard time attaching a photo on the DS160 because the studio where I had my passport photos taken gave me a CD of the picture. I just uploaded it.

USEM must of updated their letter late yesterday as I checked the USEM site and instructions letter during the day. So now USEM is conforming to what STATE posted. - Thanks!

I didn't bother to read thoroughly the website, lol.. But I took some time to read the letter it seemed interesting lol it's really new..LOL Edited October 10, 2013 by Jen90

Website is still the "old" information, the instructions letter looks the same aside from the change to the DS-160.

While USEM hasn't updated this page yet: http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3217.html (the required documentation for immigrant visas), they have updated this page: http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3023.html (the main immigrant visa page) with the new K visa requirement. You will see it if you scroll all the way to the bottom under "Notice to K Visa Applicants." It also lists the 3 exceptions that can still use the old forms.

Ya I saw they updated one page but not the other. I wonder if they know how many times they have information listed?
