and also jahk18, I only visited my fiance (now husband) once and his visa was still approved good.gif So its good to hear others with the same outcome!

NOA1: 4/23/2013

Received RFE: 5/13/2013 (We forgot to include proof of citizenship of co-sponsor)

Mailed our response to the RFE: 5/15/2013 (We sent the co-sponsor's U.S. birth certificate)

Biometrics Appointment: 5/20/13

EAD: arrived 6/24/13

AOS: APPROVED! No interview! Approval (NOA-1 letter)Date: 9/24/2013

2 year conditional green card received 09/2013.

10 year permanent residency approved 2016.

<3 Baby girl born February 2015 <3

Just a quick question if you don't mind. How did you go about collecting your whatsapp conversations? Is there a way to print them somehow? Thanks. And again WOW, CONGRATS!!

Thanks a lot. Now to the whatsapp:

1. Open the conversation between you and the other person.

2. Go to "Options"

3. Select "Chat history"

4. Whe the chat history opens, you will find "Clear" and "Email"

5. Select "Email"

6. Enter your the email address u want the messages sent

7. Select "Send"

04/01/2014 NOA2 (apparently changes preempted RFE)
4/11/2014 NVC Received

4/15/2014 NVC left

4/22/2014 Consulate Received

5/07/2014 Picked up packet 1

5/20/2014 Interview 1 (asked to correct error on bring birth certificate and bring more evidence of relationship)

7/29/2014 Interview 2 (passed visa will be issued on 8/01/2014)
