Wow it's so amazing seeing all the September fillers being approved before the July filers really looks like the TSC knows what it is doing. The other an application was approved in 19 days yet me and many others are made to what, on what grounds? Seems fair wish I hadn't had rushed to get my application in as early as possible cause I could of been approved if I just waited till September.

Rant over. Cheers

Hopefully that one that got done in 19 days was either a fluke or I would hope all would get done in that time frame. Mind you I woldnt mind if mine got done today. But the fairness part of me hope that they more or less take in the order that they got them in.

Exactly! It should be first come first serve I think. Just so stupid they over look people. Like who are they to do that. Is it cause me and my fiancée are young? Why the longer wait.

Following the dates for peoples NOA1 to their NOA2 it seems to be the case that they are doing first come first serve for the most part. I was kinda like you when I saw that post of someone getting apporved in 19 days, my jaw dropped. Kinda jealous I must say. Barring a politacl favor or congresional inquire, I bet some officer took a few pettions from the qrong section to wrok on by accident. I wouldnt worry about it too much unless we start seeing a whole buch start goign thru like that. Mistakes do happen to us all. Though I wish they would proccess all petions in 19 days smile.png

I'm reminded often that we should, "[never] ascribe to malice..."

Easier explanations:

1. Expedite request.

2. Improper timeline handling by the VJ member.

3. The service center IS handling their cases in order, some take longer to adjudicate than others.

4. Yep, some out of order processing occurred (welcome to the world of parallel/concurrent systems!)

Got no idea, but share your feelings. I was ready to wait, but was not ready to find "oh-hello-noa2-in-10-days-what-to-do"-posts almost every day while waiting. It is too much sleepy.gif

I thought that the processing time depends mostly upon the country from where the beneficiary comes but now it seems they use a random numbers generator.

It's a joke, I am happy for people who are approved I just think We sent ours in earlier we should be before and people who filed before me should be approved before me just first come first serve.

I have never said I am not happy for them, I just admitted feeling a little bit jealous for those with early approvals.

Well, and that is no longer needed, because I've just received my own NOA-2 wow.gif

Good luck good.gif ! Hope you will get yours as soon as possible!
