So the wife had her interview yesterday and all went well. There was just one thing that didn't go as anticipated so I wanted to see if other recent GZ EP interviewees had the same thing. The intake employee took AOS and supporting docs and white books, but didn't want the DS-230. At the end of the interview the wife signed something similar to Part 2 of the DS-230.

Seems like they're in the middle of changing forms or something and I'm not overly concerned. But I have heard of a couple of cases where visas (non-EP) were approved and the official forgot to collect fees and the couple got an email or phone call saying "Oops, sorry. You have to come back to GZ one more time before you get your visa"

Anyone else go through the interview in recent weeks and have them ignore the DS-230?

my wife brought her DS-230 and signed it, back on the 10th of September.

There's been a shift @NVC to use the DS-260 for new cases there, after 1 SEP, so if she signed something, I think she's good.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

That's what I'm thinking, Darnell. She signed something similar to the 230 part 2, co-signed by the visa officer and got a notice that she's approved. I'm inclined to leave it alone unless the visa doesn't show up in two or three weeks.

I just saw something about the 260. Maybe Oct. 1 was the switch.
