When I was preparing my I134 i used to work at different job and my income was like 15k, but i had included that i have 19k in my checking account. So they told her to get a cosponser for affidavit support, but since January 1 of this year i have started a new job and my income is much better I'll be making like 25k a year and i have send few of my paychecks for a proove. they didn't even looked at it, and send her back, all of this got me confused I'm not sure what should i do next, could anyone help me please???

The CO has sole discretion for deciding whether or not they believe the foreign fiance(e) will become a public charge or not. It seems your CO decided your income alone was not enough to convince them that she would not be a public charge once in the US. You need to find a co-sponsor.

Your co-sponsor must fill out their own I-134, provide all the supporting documentation like most recent tax return letter from employer and most recent pay stubs. They should also include proof of being a USC or LPR in case it is needed. They must qualify on their own for their own household size plus the foreign fiance(e). They will not combine incomes with yours.

You can always contact your consulate to ask for details of exactly what is required for you to provide. They should provide instructions on what to provide and how to do so.

Hello -just got back from Samarkand and saw your post. I hope situation has improved. Looks like they are looking for reasons to deny right now. Aziza was approved, but delayed because document on child custody was not translated to Russian. They rescheduled her to bring paper on Oct. 15th, but called today and said that was a holiday, do not return until the 17th. They told her she could pick-up visa on oct. 22cnd. Our letter of entry to U>S> expires on 10/24 - we are nervous. For some reason the embassy is making it almost impossible to get visa. I hope all gets better for you , and hope you get your visa.

Have you tried to get in touch with the embassy about that, I've been emailing them like every other day, and they seem like really good about it. They might reschedule it because of the hollidays, but I'm not sure why would they do that. Sorry
