My GC did not arrived yet while my family had theirs already

I haven't received my GC and its been almost 3 months already since i entered u.s.. I checked online and it was written like this

Your OS155A, IMMIGRANT VISA AND ALIEN REGISTRATION was accepted and is being processed at our intake processing center. On September 4, 2013, we mailed you a notice explaining this and describing how we will process your case.

but i have not received any of such sort instead the rest of my family has received their GC's at sept 9. its been a month now since i last called USCIS. Has anyone experienced this? please help me out. also i moved to a different state a week ago looking for a job. any advice would be such great help thank you.

suggest you call into USCIS call center,

get a Tier 2 Human, an ISO,

and ask

do you have any returned mail pieces on me?

If the answer is yes, give over the current address, and ask to have the returned mail pieces sent on to you at the current address.

other than that, I'd ask - what's yer ELIS status?

@darnell yes i called the tier 2 and she just read what was in the online statement and said to just wait. alright ill try that thanks so much for the help. its in on the optimized stage but it has been that since sept 4 @jawaree yes i paid already last june
