Hello All :)

First I would like to wish everyone luck on their journeys!

My fiance studied in Harbin, China for 9 months. His interview will be in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and they require a police certificate for any place someone lived for more than 6 months. (Even though on the Dep of State website it states 1 year)

Does anyone have any insight on how we might be able to obtain this police certificate since he no longer lives there?

Contact the PSB with jurisdiction over where he lived. They may or may not be able to issue the certificate.
