Hi, I got my K1 visa approval in September and crossed the border into the US. I got married and am now filling out the forms for the green card and making sure I have everything. I was wondering if I need everything on this list below, or if there are things I don't need because they already got that with the KI???

I-765 (I HAVE THIS)

I-131 (I HAVE THIS)

G 325A (DO I NEED THIS AGAIN?) (already submitted one with k1)

I-693 (Already had my medical exam in Ontario Canada a couple of months ago, and they have that form).

Vaccination documentation worksheet from the medical (I HAVE THIS)

Copy of birth certificate (I HAVE THIS)

Copy of the visa page that the border pasted in my passport (I HAVE THIS)

copy of the I-94 that was stapled in my passport (I HAVE THIS)

I-864 affidavit of support (DO I NEED THIS AGAIN?)(we did one with the K1?)

G-1145 for email notification (I HAVE THIS)

Our marriage certificate (I HAVE THIS)

I-797 notice of action (I HAVE THIS)

Check made out to them (I HAVE THIS)

And.....is there anything else I need to know or send???

Thank you very much

You need the I-864, with your K1 you submited I-134. You also need the G-325A (with your new name). You don't need the I-693 if you have the vaccinations report completed by the doctor in Canada. Just send the copy of DS-3025.

Yes, the new G-325A from the foreign spouse applying for AOS is required. Info has changed since you filed the one for the K-1.

Yes, you need the I-864 and all required supporting documentation that goes with it The I-134 is not legally binding. The I-864 is.

See here about whether or not she needs to see a civil surgeon for the I-693 > http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/428381-i-693-report-of-medical-examination-and-vaccination-report/?p=6206232

Follow the guide for what is required > http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos
