Need Help With N400 Questions.

Hello everyone!

I came to America 6 years ago on spouse k3 visa. Now I want to apply for citizenship but I have a few questions before I send my N400 form.

( 1) Can I apply for citizenship on biases of 5 years part A or biases on marriage part B?

( 2) If I apply for citizenship on biases of 5 years what document I have to send? On USCIS website it says , Two passport size pictures, two photo copies Green card front and back, and 680$ check. Is that correct?

( 3) what date I should use for my current job?

( 4) I went to Canada a few years ago. I cross the border on june 5th 11:00 AM and come back on 6th. I spend more then 24 hours at Niagra fall. It will count one day or two days?

Please, help me with all these questions.

1) it dpends on the date you became a PR- Check your GC

2) yes, please go over the check list for more details

3) the date u started your job - then write Present

4) it's one day, you left on the 5th and came back on the 6th

some of the questions. For example, MYAFI1985 you said write present for your current job. You mean the word PRESENT or the present date? second, how I am gonna sign in the N400

FORM. In the instruction it says (You should sign your full name without abbreviating it or using initials. The signature must be legible.) so, if a person name is kay

jhon page and his signature is K.PAGE how he is gonna sign in his form? kay john page or K.PAGE?
