question on evidences

Hi! We're on the process of our AOS, our case was transferred from MISSOURI CENTER to CALIFORNIA CENTER. I am scheduled to have my biometrics next week. I just have some questions regarding evidences during the interview. It was written here that one need some evidences like billing address with both your name on it, my question is, me & my husband is just renting & the utility bills are not in our name,how's that? And we only have one joint account, is that enough? All we have are letters sent to us by family & friends & pictures of us visiting family & relatives. He used to have me on his insurance,but when he changed jobs, his new company doesn't have insurance yet. Are we going to be in trouble when we have our interview?

Really? But still i don't want to take chances of this no interview thing,that's why im asking...anyways thanks for the reply.

many that have been transferred to CSC have gone through without interview..

I would suggest that you go with what you have (shw them the old insurance if you still have it.) Most people have very little evidence of joint ownership and I think all the interviewers know that. And as others have said most probably you won't even have an interview. We had a joint bank statement, utility nill and health insurance - alonf with some pictures of us together - weddingd etc. So, you are not in that bad a shape (we didn't have car title/insurance or house rental/title in both names either.) Thanks to all. We submitted our AOS, October 2006, we were married July 18,2006. Our case transferred to CSC Nov.24,2006. Im going to have my biometrics 12/19. Now a notice says the case is now pending there where it was transferred. I hope it will be fast,because a job is waiting for me January 2007. Though we did not apply for EAD anymore as advised by most of the people in another forum,because they say AOS usually comes before the EAD, so its just a waste of money. Is it just ok?
