I came here as a legally as a student about 3 yrs ago but i am currently out of status. I married my husband 6 months ago. He is a citizen and wants to file for me in order for me to get back into status. I am not familiar with this process so I need assistance from you as to how we should go on about the filing process without taking a lawyer. Which forms to file, what and what should be sent together and what should be separated and in what order it should be mailed and so on. Your help and responses will be highly appreciated, thank you I've got all the documents I need ready. Please advise me guys
