October 2013 I-130 Filers

Guys my wife and i are checking case my status all day maybe as frequent as 3-4 times in day but unfortunately nothing news till now! Nebraska stopped very weird, it makes me feeling that just they have eastern per-party! PD is October 21, So i think it is time Nebraska to approve people who are left like me! Dealing with USCIS is like have big problem going with you in wife, they have a lot delay! Once i will get USA i wont care their processing time just follow their steps but now i need to go fast and i am impatient! Nebraska come on, you approved filer several days ago based on our spreadsheet and it makes general picture i am sure!

I am so ready for next stage, even i have everything in hand for sending except some certain docs!

USCIS is not fair that they are approving people so random, and if they have politic for reviewing and approving they need to say that for example from Europe we are fast and from Asia we are slow or explain something to people which will make people dont live in dream.

Guys have you ever heard after talking with Level two officer he to promise for help for making you case be approved soon ? One Filer from my country said that her USC husband called to lever 2 and asked for help and officer promised for help and they got approval after 2 days. Weird but interesting...

I hope USCIS, which is such an unfair office, will approve our I-130 this week. Plz plz plz..hopefully on Apr 10th!

I am a September filer and I couldn't agree more with you. They do approve people so randomly. Nebraska is not the only slow service center. Texas is slower.

I am not trying to compete service centers, all we know CSC is best but it isn't what i wanted to express! Nebraska and another service centers aren't fair because half October filers got approvals and guys like you and earlier filers are waiting still. It is bad as it is that is all. They are approving i know it too but it isn't enough and i am sure 90 % here are not satisfied with USCIS work expect CSC filers probably.

Wish you best, and i hope 10 March will be mine and ours who deserves approval after waiting more than average timeline of reviewing published by USCIS officials.

I wonder if the slowdown has to do with the H1B frenzy. The 2014 season opened on 4/1 and reached the 65K cap on 4/8.

Okay so this immigration stuff has drove me completely crazy I believe. Most of us check so many numbers before us and so many after our number. I have been watching these same numbers since Monday. I am currently watching 167 numbers before me and 138 numbers after me a total of 305 numbers. Believe me it takes about 3 1/2 hours to check all the numbers. Mind you 288 of the numbers I am watching all have my same priority date of 10/29/2013. Anyways this is what I have saw in just my few days, 6 of these numbers after my number were approved on 4/8/2014 and 2 numbers had their ARN changed. On 4/9/2014 4 people had RFE's and 1 number had an RFE in December 2013 that showed today a post decision approved 4/9/2014. In all yes USCIS employees are skipping around there is nothing in order at all.

Let me clarify the numbers before me and after me that has been approved or have RFE's are in a big gap from my number.

Someone mentioned that USCIS released new numbers early this month, and it might be the reason for the slowdown.

I hope they pick up speed next week. I know I keep saying "next week" every week and sound like a broken record. Haha.

The numbers were released last thursday. There is no reason why this week could be slow. My theory is your file is at desk of someone who is too occupied with some complicated cases. You will have something in a week or two. How long are they gona stretch it anyway?
