October 2013 I-130 Filers

I hope we will receive NOA2 notice this week too. But I didnt get anything this morning yet. They change the status on USCIS website in the morning right? So sad.

I think it depends....for me, the transfer emails were in the morning, but when I had an ARN change that was in the afternoon. So to be honest, if it doesn't change in the morning, I don't give up hope

NSC tends to send out the approval emails between 9am and 10am (CST). However, some people received the approval emails in the afternoon. CSC sends out the approval emails in the evening. I'm not sure when VSC and TSC send out the approval emails.

This morning is very quiet. Only one Oct filer received the approval email from NSC. I saw his message on the "2013 I-130 filers" Facebook group. There is nothing like starting the day in disappointment. Maybe tomorrow?

Well, you're right! LOL! I guess it's because there's not much we can do but to wait.

I guess we could email NSC or file for service request, but there is a good chance that we'll receive the approval emails this week without taking action.

I'm patiently waiting, but it's getting very difficult to do so because we've been waiting for the last 6 months.

I am patiently waiting for my 6 month deadline to throw out a service request for NSC. Although in the back of my mind I have a feeling that the processing times are going to change and I am going to be held off a little longer. I am suppose to be optimistic here, after all we are discussing the wonderful USCIS.

guys it's been exactly 180 days since i filed my I130 petition, GOT APPROVED TODAYYYYY =))))) it's such a reliefe Gosh ahh those were the most stressfull 180 days ever!!!

i was really worried about my case given the fact that im syrian.. but i checked the online status just 5 min ago and the first thing my eyes hit on the screen is the blue color circle it wasnt on the intial reveiw circle and it was on the post decision activiy circle and it was just a crazy shock =)))))))

come on guys! i think this week alot of october filers will get approved i feel! keep it up!

guys it's been exactly 180 days since i filed my I130 petition, GOT APPROVED TODAYYYYY =))))) it's such a reliefe Gosh ahh those were the most stressfull 180 days ever!!!

I know, after waiting 6+ months, you start losing your patience. Am definitely at that point. I am giving it this week and if I haven't heard anything I'll try a service request (if that even will make a difference). Hoping if I just give it this week I can avoid having to make the call for that.

You can, but I actually tried to do it the other night and it wouldn't accept my receipt number. I've no idea why...really strange. Tried it more than once. So I'll have to call. Which I know will be annoying and I'm not looking forward to it. Which is why I'm postponing the call for a week, hoping maybe I won't have to

Congrats! 41% of Oct filers received the approvals as of today!

CSC: 67% approval

VSC: 33% approval

NSC: 47% approval

TSC: 17% approval

Total: 41% approval

I know we are a terribly small sample size here on VJ, but the spreadsheet makes it look like NSC are working through the PDs backwards o.o
