I don't think the one TSC approval should count. For whatever reason, it was processed way outside of how long it will take the rest of the TSC filers.

Guys, I was in US for 2 years in F 1 visa. Do i need to get US police clearance?

Please help me.

you need police clearance for all the countries you have lived in for more than a year after being 16 years old. I am not 100% though, so you should ask this to NVC March 2014 filers thread. People there seem to know more abt nvc process.

I'm still waiting for an update since transfer, semi-patiently. No ARN change or anything as of yet. I'd rather they finish approving people who filed before me, I feel really bad for them.

My PD is 10/4. Where is my darn approval email? :bonk:

However, I'm happy for the recent approvals. More and more people are "graduating" from the "October 2013 I-130 Filers" group. It's getting lonely here. Wait for me! I want to move to the NVC group too! :clock:
