Is it me, or were there hardly any transfers tonight?

It's very strange because USCIS usually sends out a lot of transfer emails on Mondays. Only two transfer emails today? Well, they transferred some applications last Thursday and Friday. They usually don't send out transfer emails on Thursdays and Fridays. Maybe they decided to take a break today because they worked "hard" last Thursday and Friday?

They don't have a lot of transfer applications left so I don't know why they're doing it so slowly. ranting33va.gif

I got 2 responses:

1. On 6th March 2014 we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing.

2. On 10th March 2014 The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office.

Actually, there was a glitch in system or some processing error and they got this approval notification. they are not approved yet as their status was changed back to initial review. read the posts from previous page.

Are you sure about monday transfers? From August and September threads, I found out that most of the transfers were on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Keep in mind, they're probably going to release the "new" numbers at USCIS next week. Last month it was on the 17th so likely the same this month. There's often a bit of a slowdown the week before they post. Don't know why, but it's happened the last few months.

Is your timeline updated?

They seem to release the numbers the 3rd Tuesday of each month, right? You'd think they'd speed up right before they do :/

I just browsed the July, Aug, and Sept transfer sheets. It looks like transfer days were random in July, but there were lots of Monday transfers in Aug and Sept.

I think USCIS is slowing down now because they're releasing their monthly numbers next week. Since they don't have many transfers left, it'd make sense to transfer all the remaining applications all at once when they're ready.

This is what I got last night after being approved. So after being in the post decision activity and sent back to initial review this is the answer. The notification does not have a date or other specific information. Can anybody help me with a suggestion? What does this mean? What should I do now ? I also want to specify that I got two E-mails from USCIS. The first telling me I got approved, and the second telling me I'm back to Initial Review. Thanks

Initial Review

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.
