One question how do I know where it was transferred to? It doesnt show in my case status and I called to listen to the recording and it didnt tell me either!

Hey, I am updating every day multiple times (except when I'm sleeping ) based on the form and the thread... Am I missing someone? I double checked but couldn't find anyone...

Hi waiting4i130, I just checked the latest Oct transfer sheet (3/9). I thought there were 49 people last night, but I only see 42 people today? In addition, I think we had some new members joining the group yesterday. I'm kind of confused. Am I drunk? I mean it's weekend, right? LOL! Please double check on this.

My PD is Oct 17. This is exciting, hopefully the rest of Oct filers will get transfered over the next few days!!

If you were transferred, will it show up on your case status online (under the circles and where it says "initial review")? Or would that page just stay the same? I am asking as I didn't realize that you had to have email/mobile notifications on to receive notices (whoops). I just turned them on, however if I were already transferred, might I not know (until I receive a letter)? Or would I see that under my case status online?

Just curious! Even though my priority date is 10/1 I'm trying not to get my hope up too much as things seem a bit random with the transferring as it seems some people in September still didn't get transferred and some people ahead of my PD in October already did. Who knows!

Yes, it appears on USCIS's website. It says "initial review" just like before, but the first sentence reads "On March xx, 2014, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action"

The site only tells you that you got transfered, but it doesnt specify the service center. I guess the mail letter will say it.

NBC - National Benefits Center is in Kansas. October applications (up to Oct 21) are currently there. Your case is currently there because your PD is 10/18.

NSC - Nebraska Service Center is in Nebraska (I think). It's one of the service centers processing applications as well as Vermont, Texas, and California Service Centers.

National Service Center?. Maybe you meant Nebraska Service Center? It is confusing indeed.

NBC can refer to either Kansas (Overland Park, the office that never opened) or Missouri (Lees Summit, the former Missouri service centre (hence MSC...)) They are actually geographically very close, both effectively suburbs of Kansas City, MO.

Good question. From what I can gather my guesstimate is 1-2 months....more like 6 to 8 weeks? I wish we had some sort of data to reference because I really want to know as well.

I guess you might have been looking at the previous sheet... at the bottom, I'm keeping different sheets that are from various dates so we can see how things are progressing.
