YES!!! Got the transfer email this morning! Just came into work and went on my email- there it was. So my PD is 10/1 and now the transfer date is 3/7.

Did anyone else from the 1st week of Oct get an email as well today?

Hello - I'm on the spreadsheet as being at TSC. Can you tell that from my case number starting with msc? Sorry ! I'm sure this has been covered in other posts. Does that mean I won't get a transfer? Tia :-)

Hey I guess on your timeline is said Texas Service Center, that's why. I'll change it to NBC then

Thanks! I feel like maybe the next couple weeks will be lucky ones for all of us here waiting for a transfer. smile.png I was getting a little worried last night since I hadn't heard anything and having a 10/1 PD. So the email was certainly good news this morning.

When you go to USCIS site to check your status, create an account then enter your case number then set to email notifications. Remember G1125 is just to let you know petition was accepted.

10/28/13-I-130 Sent via USPS to Chicago Lock Box from Abroad

11/01/13-I-130 received at facility

11/12/13-Contacted Chicago Lock box to find info on our petition and was told it is being returned.

11/14/13-Received package back from Lock Box with RFE to resend it with correct filing fee.

(Money Order not drawn on US account)

11/25/13-I-130 Sent via USPS to Chicago Lock Box from Abroad with correct method of payment.

12/06/13-Received NOA1 via Email stating our case has been transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

12/12/13-Checked USCIS site for Case Status. Seen our case is in initial Review.

12/16/13-Received Hardcopy NOA1 in mail.

Feb 5-crossed border to US to see hubs and son off at airport. Flew to CA to establish domicile.

Feb 11-Case touched to update hub's change of address

Hello everybody ! My PD is 10/18. I just got this from USCIS: When should I get NOA2 ? Thanks !

On March 7, 2014, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.
