Hi everyone! I've been following this forum ever since my husband file for the petition. I didnt bother replying bec i keep forgetting my password. Anyway, i see that the spreadsheet is on it way.. Im so glad!

I submitted my information wrong. I got a little confused. So can i correct the info here? So waiting4i130o the other person responsible with the editing can put in the correct info. However im not so good with dates so i'm still checking with my husband regarding that.

But generally, we mailed our petition in oct 3 or 4 and our file was first routed to NBC on oct 9 or 10 and it was transferred (i got that wrong, i thought we werent transferred.) to Texas Service Center some time in late nov (i just cant remember when). This is the exact date: we received an RFE on Jan 21. TSC received our response on Feb 12. And on Feb 21, we got approved!!

Im fairly positive that Oct filers will have approvals very very soon!!

Like 100JH, im sending you all some positive thinking. You all will be next!

Hello Everyone,

I'm happy to create and maintain the Excel sheet.

I copied the template from September.

Let me know if you have any requests to change or edit before we start it...

I know it's still a bit early but since we're all being so optimistic why not start it now :)

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Avyw59HrFr8VdHFlTFNKU3FMSHo1OW9OUnNTZVZreUE&usp=sharing

At the moment, I am the only one who can edit the document, so I can take the info from your timelines or you can send me a message with any updates.

Do you prefer that you add your own information? But then there is a risk that anyone who has the link can add/edit or delete information!

Let me know what you think and I can start with adding the members names.

Thanks for creating the spreadsheets!

I find the most frustrating thing about waiting is not knowing when it is actually going to happen! If it was going to be 8 or 9 or 10 months but a definite end date at least it would be easier to plan, but the 5 - 9 month uncertainty makes it hard to plan much.

Thanks for filling out the form. Once I have enough data from October filers, I will pass it on to spread sheet admin. Dont worry if you dont see your name on it for next few days. we will keep spread sheet ready before out transfers start. Btw, we never received NOA1 hard copy either. Did you apply through attorney or by yourself?

To other October filers, if you don't see your name on spreadsheet (link below) or if you see wrong data about your case, fill out the spreadsheet form.

What I also think would be beneficial to everyone on this site is to have a Master Document. In Excel you can have multiple tabs (i.e Jan 2013, Feb 2013, etc.) and than have a "Master Tab" where the data from each sub-tab is rolled up and averaged. Why do this?

We could see the following (to keep it simple):

Jan 2013; 100 applications, 80 approved, 80% received NOA2's

Feb 2013; 100 applications, 70 approved, 70% received NOA2's

Mar 2013; 100 applications, 60 approved, 60% received NOA2's

or something like that....we would kind of be able to see our wave coming. From there, a simple bar graph could also be depicted. Easy enough to manipulate and show some data and provide visual outputs as well. I could do it easy enough, but would need access to each spreadsheets data. I would somehow want it automated so i did not have to manually update each months tab, every month. They enter the data, and then the Master Tab rolls it up automatically as well as provides the output of applications/approved/NOA2's and the bar graph as well.

Good idea i think and not that hard to accomplish

EDIT: I just saw some of the outputs clicking on the links provided! NICE, did not know....but still would like to see a Master for all I-130s, at least since Jan 2013. That would really provide some historical context and good data to compare to. GREAT JOB TO ALL OF THOSE PEOPLE WORKING AND MAINTAINING THIS (shows you how old I am with the Excel spreadsheet approach! hahahaha)

Hello October filers!

I have news for you but as good it is you will estimate. I called to USCIS for changing mailing adress from international to U.S.A. Furtunatelly, officer i met was very sweet and attentive not like most indifferent officers on lever 2. I asked if my Case was in the line or on USCIS officer's desk and she responded that she is sorry bc of much delays and currently they are dealing with April 26 filers. Probably she told me statistic from Total records of specificly Nebraska bc of i am there i am not sure. Statistics for last 3 month tell us 9 month is avarage between NOA1-NOA2. So for October filers we have to wate around 5 more month based on avarage statistics and take into consideration UCIS is reviewing most cases 6 month befind us.
If someone has more positive and real imformation it will be awesome.
