But I have also learned that we work too hard and obsess too much. We should dance more. Celebrate the little things in life. Enjoy what we have and who we are with. In my many travels (5 continents) I have learned much from others as well. Take the time to enjoy a cup of coffee with a friend and not order our express cappuccinos to go. Sit down. Breathe. See the beauty around us, smell the roses and not drive by them in a flash in our Lexus.

So I have to wait a few more months for her Visa? It could be a lot worse.

I like your thoughts. I have been thinking the same way, its just a few months of delay for us. Lot of people have it way worse than this. They need your positivity at the "USCIS has made my marriage a joke" thread. Everyone is venting their frustration right now over there.

Probably not, although you never know with USCIS! About halfway through October they started sending petitions direct to service centers instead of NBC. Those are mostly the same centers that are processing the petitions of other filers. So my guess is that once they've transferred most of the first half of October out of NBC to the service centers, they'll start processing all of them.

I'm an October filer at NBC, PD October 9. Hopefully someone who's good at making google drive spreadsheets will make one for us soon!

Hello fellow applicants :-)
Just a quick question, my husband filed my I-130 application in Oct he received the NOA1 Oct 22nd which is great. It states that it is in the Vermot Service center..my question is:

When the file is approved is it then sent to another NVC center and then it awaits the schedulling of the Embassy interview? Is this right? I keep seeing that some applications went somewhere the NBC? Right? And should be transfered to the NVC on approval. I am just confused what the next steps are. Thanks for your help in advance :-) rose.gif

Hello Everyone,

I'm happy to create and maintain the Excel sheet.

I copied the template from September.

Let me know if you have any requests to change or edit before we start it...

I know it's still a bit early but since we're all being so optimistic why not start it now :)

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Avyw59HrFr8VdHFlTFNKU3FMSHo1OW9OUnNTZVZreUE&usp=sharing

At the moment, I am the only one who can edit the document, so I can take the info from your timelines or you can send me a message with any updates.

Do you prefer that you add your own information? But then there is a risk that anyone who has the link can add/edit or delete information!

Let me know what you think and I can start with adding the members names.

Thanks for creating one. I was gonna make one today, but you beat me to it. :)

Don't let people edit info their selves. It will just create mess. Once it gets busy I can volunteer to help you keep this spread sheet updated.

Whoa! Look at you go! Beautiful!

The only thing I'd be a bit careful about is just adding everyone who's ever posted on this thread. Make sure that the people you're adding are actually fairly active, or else we'll wind up with people who don't check their info very often throwing off our numbers.

That said, I think it's awesome. And I think it's better to have a limited number of people who can update the spreadsheet, or else things get changed and mess up the calculations - it's happened before on some of the other months, and most of them have wound up being locked, with just one or two people able to make changes (often those people are in divergent timezones, so one can update while the other's asleep!)

Again, you rock!rose.gif

As done on previous month threads, here's the form I created to gather data.

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1341SAsjc8V8CmcVoyzzzPFFo6Ofsbm-7NLafKCet_-o/viewform

If everyone takes a minute out of their time to fill this out, we will have accurate data none of inactive members on sheet.

I'd like to go on the spreadsheet :) My PD is Oct 7th.

ROC from CR-1 visa (Green Card expiration date was Nov 24th 2016)

Link to the evidence I submitted. Be sure to send evidence spanning your entire marriage (especially for K-1) or as far back as you can. Just one or two bank statements will not cut it. I primarily focused on the two years of living here since I came in on a CR-1. If you don't have the fundamentals (i.e. joint accounts/policies), you can explain why in the covering letter. E.g. "While we do not have joint utilities, we both contribute to them from our joint bank account".

September 26th 2016: I-751 package sent to CSC

September 28th 2016: Package delivered
September 30th 2016: Check cashed
October 3rd 2016: NOA1 received with receipt date of 09/28/16
November 3rd 2016: Biometrics received with appointment date of 11/14/16.
November 14th 2016: Attended biometrics appointment
October 30th 2017: Infopass appointment to get I-551 stamp
February 26th 2018: I-751 case number (aka the NOA1 receipt number) becomes trackable
March 14th 2018: Submitted service request due to being outside of processing time.

March 15th 2018: ROC approved. 535 days (1 year, 5 months and 17 days)

March 29th 2018: Card being produced

April 4th 2018: Card mailed out

April 6th 2018: Card in hand. Has incorrect "resident since" date. Submitted service request on I-751 case (typographical error on permanent resident card) and an I-90 online.

April 2018 - August 7th 2018: Tons of service requests, emails and now senator involvement to get my corrected green card back because what the heck, USCIS. Also some time in May I sent a letter to Potomac telling them I want to withdraw my I-90 since CSC were handling it.

August 8th 2018: Card in production thanks to the direct involvement of Senator Sherrod Brown's team

August 13th 2018: Card mailed

August 15th 2018: Card in hand with correct date. :joy:

October 31st 2018: Potomac sends out a notice stating they have closed out my I-90 per my request. Yay for no duplicate card drama.

Hi everyone! I've been following this forum ever since my husband file for the petition. I didnt bother replying bec i keep forgetting my password. Anyway, i see that the spreadsheet is on it way.. Im so glad!

I submitted my information wrong. I got a little confused. So can i correct the info here? So waiting4i130o the other person responsible with the editing can put in the correct info. However im not so good with dates so i'm still checking with my husband regarding that.

But generally, we mailed our petition in oct 3 or 4 and our file was first routed to NBC on oct 9 or 10 and it was transferred (i got that wrong, i thought we werent transferred.) to Texas Service Center some time in late nov (i just cant remember when). This is the exact date: we received an RFE on Jan 21. TSC received our response on Feb 12. And on Feb 21, we got approved!!
