Hey Guys, I applied on sent my package close to the end of the month so i fall in October too... recieved my email on the 3rd OCT got my second notice today for the Biometric apt. moving nie pray it continues on time as the advertise.goofy.gif

- received email notification 10th Oct

- received NoA1 15th Oct

and the waiting continues... does anyone know what documents we should gather while waiting for NoA2?

Oct 7, 2013: NOA 1 received

Nov 22, 2013: Transferred to Texas Service Center

Jan 24, 2014: Received RFE

Feb 12, 2014: RFE doc sent

Feb 21, 2014: NOA 2

Mar 4, 2014: Case sent to NVC

Mar 11, 2014: Case received at NVC

Apr 11, 2014: NVC Case number and IIN assigned

Apr 14, 2014: DS-261 available and completed

Apr 15, 2014: AOS bill invoiced, paid and "in process"

Apr 18, 2014: AOS showed "paid"

Apr 23, 2014: AOS packet sent

Apr 23, 2014: IV bill invoiced but not yet available

Cashm, can you give us more details about your NOA2?

Did you send it to chicago lockbox? Did the NOA1 go to Overland Park? Thanks!!

Yes it was sent to Chicago, noa1 said it was sent to NBC. Biometric letter also came from NBC

Could you verify if maybe the NOA1 was from NBC Overland Park?

Did you request for expedite?

Hello,

I have filed my I-130 petition to Phoenix Lockbox on Oct 1st. Recieved electronic confirmation receipt on Oct 4th, NOA 1 on Oct 8th. My application was forwarded to NBC office in Kansas. I have been talking to various attorneys and some 10-13 months for whole process and some say 6 months. Hope it is 6....:)

Sent application to Lewisville, TX on 07/03/2017. Case received and check cashed on 07/11/2017. Biometrics: 08/03/2017. In Line for Interview: 09/05/2017. Interview scheduled: 09/18/17 (notice received 09/21/17). Interview date: 10/23/2017. Oath date: 11/02/2017. Passport received: 11/20/2017.

 

REMOVING OF CONDITIONS (I-751):

Vermont Service Center received package on Aug 18th 2016.

NOA 1 date: Aug 19th 2016 (received letter on Aug 24)

Biometrics date: Sept 23rd 2016

Approval Notice: Jul 24th 2017

Green Card Received: Aug 4th 2017

Lovex3- Cashm did concurred filing. (AOS from another visa while in the U.S.) He did not file a stand-alone I-130. Just FYI :)
