So, questions for all of us October filers at the beginning of the month, who got sent to NBC rather than one of the other service centers. It looks like they've transferred almost half of August, so it's pretty much time that they should be setting up a transfer spreadsheet for September... and then we're next!

First Question: Do you think there's any chance that they're still thinking that Overland Park will be ready to process us by (say) late March/Early April? Because if not...

Second Question: Should we start thinking about what we want our transfer spreadsheet to look like? Previous to August, no one's names would be added to the spreadsheet until they'd actually been transferred. But August filers pre-filled out the spreadsheet with their names and PDs long before any transfers happenned, so that they could sort of "follow along" and see if the people with PDs near theirs had been transferred yet. So...

Third Question: Which of these formats should we use? Or are there other ideas?

Yes, I know... about halfway through October they started directly routing i130s to the other service centres. I'd suggest that we need a column for initial location as well as transfer location, if we're all going to sign up for the spreadsheet - those who are at NBC and thus expecting transfers and those who are already at Service Centres and are thus probably not expecting a transfer. We don't know though, they may start re-transferring... it's a mystery.

I've been watching the August spreadsheet, and it's pretty neat to see it all getting filled in as people get transferred and approved. And I imagine it would be pretty exciting to see the tide of transfers getting closer and closer to your name!

Do we have any techie people in our month who could take on the task of making and keeping up with the spreadsheet?

I hope our time is coming soon!

While transfers are going in order, approvals are still completely random process. Check out Igor's list. Some August files are getting approved, while some poeple from May-July are still waiting for approvals. I sense that backlog is getting cleared with all these fast transfers though. Hopefully in next 2-3 months we get approved too.

We will find someone to maintain spreadsheet or it can be group effort once our time comes.

Hello guys! I am Jaba from Georgia, Tbilisi and have citizenship of Georgia. My wife is Vivian from TX, USA! We applied for CR1 visa in Octomber 2013. I received email from USCIS at Octomber 30, 2013 and it said i am eccepted and my case would be processed by Nebraska service centre. Question is :I havent received mail notice how important is it for visa processing? ( i have my case number and another info through email anyways ). I am wondering when do we expect to get approvals from Octomber ? Do i need to call to Nebraska? If i will call them, will they answer where my case is in line or something usefull ? I am getting impatient especially when i know it turns 4 month soon after NOA1. Thanks guys for sharing informations, all responds are appreciated!

Yeah, we got routed to NBC "Overland Park". I put it in quotes, because when our cheque bounced, all subsequent notices and updates came from Lee's Summit.

Overland Park will begin processing petitions when all the planets align and a solar & lunar eclipse happen at the same time.

ROC from CR-1 visa (Green Card expiration date was Nov 24th 2016)

Link to the evidence I submitted. Be sure to send evidence spanning your entire marriage (especially for K-1) or as far back as you can. Just one or two bank statements will not cut it. I primarily focused on the two years of living here since I came in on a CR-1. If you don't have the fundamentals (i.e. joint accounts/policies), you can explain why in the covering letter. E.g. "While we do not have joint utilities, we both contribute to them from our joint bank account".

September 26th 2016: I-751 package sent to CSC

September 28th 2016: Package delivered
September 30th 2016: Check cashed
October 3rd 2016: NOA1 received with receipt date of 09/28/16
November 3rd 2016: Biometrics received with appointment date of 11/14/16.
November 14th 2016: Attended biometrics appointment
October 30th 2017: Infopass appointment to get I-551 stamp
February 26th 2018: I-751 case number (aka the NOA1 receipt number) becomes trackable
March 14th 2018: Submitted service request due to being outside of processing time.

March 15th 2018: ROC approved. 535 days (1 year, 5 months and 17 days)

March 29th 2018: Card being produced

April 4th 2018: Card mailed out

April 6th 2018: Card in hand. Has incorrect "resident since" date. Submitted service request on I-751 case (typographical error on permanent resident card) and an I-90 online.

April 2018 - August 7th 2018: Tons of service requests, emails and now senator involvement to get my corrected green card back because what the heck, USCIS. Also some time in May I sent a letter to Potomac telling them I want to withdraw my I-90 since CSC were handling it.

August 8th 2018: Card in production thanks to the direct involvement of Senator Sherrod Brown's team

August 13th 2018: Card mailed

August 15th 2018: Card in hand with correct date. :joy:

October 31st 2018: Potomac sends out a notice stating they have closed out my I-90 per my request. Yay for no duplicate card drama.
