TSC Approved 6/16!

I haven't been following all the posts about times to get to NVC very closely because they were too depressing. Now that we're approved, I want to know. Can anyone give me a summary of how long we'll be waiting for the next few steps?

Congrats! Did you get any response to last service request or just the approval? Did you had any response from your senator?

Approximately it will take 3-4 months for the interview stage.

I am still waiting for a case number so absolutely no updates from me! I know NVC has received our case and I am phoning once a week to get an update. But no news for now. My partner left for the States last week, hoping it is not long now till I join!!

30 Oct 13: Email NOA1

30 Oct 13: Petition transfered to Nebraska

05 Nov 13: Online status of petition updated from received to Initial review

04 June 14: NVC received.

24 June 14: Case # & IIN assigned.

Basically, it seems our case will not be sent to NVC. Anyone else receive a letter saying to file the I-824?

I really hope this error is fixed quickly. Thanks of you have any input. Good luck all.

My priority date was Oct 25th. I filed online service request on June 5th. And it was approved June 25th. Clearly, they just sat on it till I filed a service request. So if you have not filed a service request, do so immediately.

hello Austin.do you have an idea how long it takes for the iv to be billed.my aos fee was processed 11th of June and package mailed 17th.yet still iv invoice is not ready.

It's taking about 30 days from the date you filled out the DS-261 form. :clock:

It used to take only 2 weeks a couple of months ago, but it's taking longer as NVC has slowed down. :bonk:

I hope they pick up speed. :ph34r:
