I got my case number, IIN, and beneficiary number today after 30min waiting! My case has arrived at NVC on May2.

And are you able to log in into the system, it mightvtake 2-4 days I guess. But pls let us know when you do the onine payments.

Hello Everyone our I-130 was approved March 30 2014 and sent/shipped to NVC on April 3 2014. How long from there does NVC send us our case number. I believe it has been 2 months now since then. Please let me know

Great news! Congrats. Did you actually file any service requests/congressional inquiries, etc?

My husband filed a service request last month and he was told it may take up to 60 days for the response but it didn't take that long. They responded after almost 30 days. No congressional inquiries.

I hope ypu'll get approved anytime this week.

Did they sent you an email/update the website, or did you get a letter in the mail?

They sent me an email and the website was also updated the same day. My husband who is the petitioner didn't get any update about the status. I was the one who told him we got approved.

His waiting for the hard copy now.

Just filed an online service request, so tired of waiting on the phone...and the waiting game begins again since they said they will get back to me with something by June 27.

On a side note I am glad that everyone else's NOA2 is coming around, well sooner or later we should be able to get ours too...

...Got an email from our lawyer yesterday updating us that our AOS & IV bills has been Invoiced...dang we are so happy!!!

Wishing everyone good luck!!!!!

Almost makes me wish I'd had a lawyer so both our fees would have been invoiced together. Stupid backlogs!

Question for anyone filling out the I-864 form part 2 where it says

Information on the principal immigrant "Wife"

Do you put the last name what shows on the barcoded cover sheet (single last name) or the married last name in this case my last name?

I did put her married last name (my last name) on the I-130 form.

They'll keep using her maiden name on everything until you send them an email with her married name and a passport with her married name on it as a supporting document. But you can keep sending things in with her married name. Presumably they'll fix it later in the process.

Yes, you should definitely call NVC. They might have lost your email address (if they ever had it) and it could take ages for something to get to you by regular post.

It takes a lot of tries to get through and a long wait on hold after that, but I'm sure you have a case number by now!
