senate and ombodsman closed

i tried to contact my santor and ombodsman for help but they seem to be closed since october 1 as what they stated in an automatic responce back to me which is sucks...i am wondering when they will be opening since this government shutdown are playing a bad rule in my case

When the shutdown is over than they have to play catch up some may be a bit of a delay. Sorry

ah yes that is right when it comes to teh election they are awake 7\24 hours and when it comes to our things that need to be done it would unlimited \ unlimited time ...this is sucks

To you mean "ombudsman"? With the USCIS, a worthless group of people that only deals with statistics, mainly on processing dates. Then what ever numbers they come with, its +/- a hundred years. As far as offering assistance to an immigrant, worthless, if they are on furlough, should be permanent.

In like manner calling that USCIS 800 number for help if your application is well beyond the posted processing dates. Equally worthless, only thing they can tell you what to do is to get on the internet and check your processing dates.

Only help you can get is contacting your senators office and hope you have a good one that cares about his people, not one of these tea party jerks. Their only interest is keeping the super rich even richer. Good thing each state has two senators, and hopefully one of them is good. Congressman are equally worthless, spend the first year trying to make problems, the second, trying to get reelected.

Can look up your senators on the internet, hopefully one of them has an immigration department for help. We only have one in our state now, other one promises to reduce taxes and doesn't even have an immigration department.
