I-129 forms and G-325 's

Hi there, i have read not to send originals when submitting for original submission to the USCIS.... Does anyone know if that also pertains to the I-129F , and G325 forms... I was under the impression they need to see the original signatures... Hmmmm,, any advice would be great! Thanks..

No, this does not refer to the I-129F and G-325 forms. You need to send the originals. You may wish to keep copies to yourself, though.

I129F, G325A, Letter of Intent should be the originals, not copies.

The rule to not send originals only applies to all the supporting paperwork. You need to send the original I-129F, and G-325A, the signatures need to be original not a copies. Make copies of those forms for your records though before sending them.

Hi,

You should definatley submit the I-129F and the G-325 forms with original signatures, so yes those should be the originals. WHat it refers to could be not to submit the original passport, or the original NOA2 (notice of action 2, which is what you will receive in the mail when your case is approved). But you should definately submit the mentioned forms with original signatures. Don't forget that the G-325 forms come in sets of 4 pages, make sure to print each of those out and sign each of them. Also, make sure your fiance signs their own forms also. Good luck
