I am new to this site. I need HELP. I married a wonderful woman from Moldova in Sept. 2005. she was in the US on a work Visa. we fell in-love and were married (legitimately). We have been apart for 15 months and my I-130 petition has not yet been reviewed. We are months away from review due to the backlog of cases. We want to be together and our marriage is on the brink of collapse due to the time involved. PLEASE, SOMEONE help us reunite WHILE my petition is pending. Our government permits Hispanic workers (on H2B work visas) to remain in the US while their petitions are pending...WHY can't my wife be allowed the same rights???? Just because there is an ocean between our countries, she can not be with her husband..??? PLEASE, I NEED HELP BRINGING HER BACK BEFORE I LOSE HER........................CAN SOMEONE STEP UP AND HELP? THANK YOU.

why didn't you petition and apply for adjustment of status when she was here? Why did she go back to Moldova?

Did you send in an I-129F for a K3 or did you just do the I-130?

Have you called your state Senator's immigration liase? They may be able to help.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

PLEASE DO NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE ME OR EMAIL ME. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CURRENT US IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES!!!!!

fwaguy

Moldova is a third world country...very poor.. work is hard to find...pay is low....

It would be better to file a K-3

And maybe fwaguy meant...was to visit her... Haven't you visited ???? this time of year the flights are the cheapest.. I've been seeing $980 flights from Idaho..

Exactly what I meant. That is what I am doing to keep my relationship alive during this process as I am leaving 30 December to visit. If her visa comes by late spring then I will go over and bring her home. If not, I will go over and visit once again.

YMMV
