Hello guys,

Just checked the flow chart and everything. I have a few questions about the process.

1. I'm 23, I will be attending a graduate program in the fall of next year. So with the time I have now until September 2014, I thought it'd be a good time to file for my boyfriend, who lives in London. I understand that we have to be engaged first. What proofs would I have to provide to say that we are officially engaged? Photos of the rings? Our families will know of the engagement of course.

2. My father will be the co-sponsor as I won't be having a job while in grad school. However, the school I am attending will be a different state. Will this be a problem if he was to come in the middle of summer and then we had move to another state for my school? I'm talking about when filing for adjusted status, marriage certification, SSN, permanent residient, etc. Does he need to stay in the same state for a given period of time? For example, I will be moving from KS to NY.

3. If we send out the I-129F by the end of the year, what's the likelihood that it'd be approved and that he can move here by August 2014?

Thank you all for any advice!
