Got letter of RFE : questions and suggestions

I got a text notification last week that TSC sent an RFE on our application for K1. I got the hard copy today and the RFE is that I forgot to answer the Criminality question on the I-129f application Page three Part C question number 2 (see attach RFE letter).

1. Do I have to resend just the letter itself answering NO on the space provided, sign it and send it to TSC? or do I tick or put an X on the No?

2. Should I just send a copy or the original?

3. Assuming this is all that is missing before USCIS makes a decision on our I-129f, I want to accompany my fiancee on her interview at USEM but I won't be able to take my vacation until Feb. of next year.. do I delay submitting the RFE until November or December or send it now to TSC? It says I have 84 days from receipt to respond to this RFE. In short what I want to ask is how many months maximum from the time the I-129f is approve that the interview must be scheduled.

The same thing happened to me-- it's in a tricky spot, and I misread the question! My RFE specified how to respond, though. I don't remember exactly... I think I checked "no" and signed it?

Our application was approved about 2 weeks after I sent back in the RFE.
