Hi, i have submit my AOS package and received the NOA1 by mail and I have found out the DOB is DEC, 25 it should be DEC, 24 i have reviewed my I-485 original and i found the same mistake. I am so nervous that this can delay or deny my case.

I have called the USCIS Customer service and they told me we will send email to NSC to tell them about this mistake and they gave me reference no. and told me if i didn't recieve anything within one month I should call again

what should i do?!!! ,, should i wait for RFE (I submitted everything a birth certificate and my passport copy and my Driving License) or wait to change this mistake in the biometric appointment or the green card appointment or should I Schedule appointment by infopass?!

Is this will delay or deny my case?!!

(organizer hat off)

You have already contacted USCIS and have a reference number, correct? You were also instructed for call them again after a month if no action from them, correct?

Typos can and do happen, and are often easily corrected. You can schedule an InfoPass appointment, is you are so inclined, or just wait....

While you are waiting, :time: It helps everyone that uses the forum.

Good luck.

Thank you so much for your reponse and so sorry about the Duplicate thread.

yes I have reference no. and i will wait until they respond.

I think I should wait since it is small typo ,, but my concern is the time ,, I think it might delay my case , I don't know.

thank you so much again.
