All that whining and doom and gloom posting you did for months and you aren't even going to tell us about the interview. What happened? What did they say? What did you say?

Ouch! Whining and doom and gloom huh? I don't even recall posting that much...

As you asked so politely, if you must know, it was pretty routine. The only weird thing during the document handover stage was that he asked for my fiancées I-34, which we had only filled out as a precaution because my fiancées dad was the beneficiary, and I am told in 99% of cases in the London embassy you only submit one I-34. Still, as he asked, I'm glad we had it as a backup. Don't know why he wanted it though as my fiancée cannot support me (she is a student).

As for the questions, he asked me

1) Where did you meet

2) Why do you want to get married (awkward to answer... I even said 'sorry if this sounds corny' before explaining that we love each other more than anything :P

3) Tell me more about her and her family - I just rattled off some facts/trivia for this one. Felt a little odd :P

And that was it! Visa approved. Huge sigh of relief time :)

I am so SORRY. I had you mixed up with chrisclassic . Apologies. I couldn't believe he didn't tell the story because several of us have answered countless PMs from him and posts. I saw your post and thought What??? No story about judgement day?

Yay for approval.
