My husband talked the tier today and and she said i130 usually takes 5-6 months my husband told her that it was submitted in May she said November would be the 6 month mark. She also said our case wasn't transferred so "maybe"next month we will hear something. We will wait untill next month..

Most of them tell you what you want to hear, call again and I bet you will get different response. They are never consistent with their information.

You are right! Ugh. But atleast we know that it wasn't transferred.. We gonna wait next month untill we call again.

Unfortunately even then it's not a 100% guarantee of correct information, eh?

I agree! but it's still better than talking to tier 1 who only reads what we can see on USCIS case status page.
