No I don't have anything yet. I know my lawyer sent off the waiver with the I-129f then he told me we have to resend it now. That's why I'm confused. It's already been over a year since we've seen each other and we have a two year old together. I don't want things to take that much longer.

I know the feeling my husband has been gone for two years we have four girls and our youngest just turned 3 its so hard and we miss each other our paperwork has been in Nebraska going on five months and they said it will be atleast another 2 more months but I got faith and you should too

Michele1003 you said your lawyer sent the waiver along with form I-129, and now wants to resend right? well my dear find a descent lawyer, because this one has no idea how to handle waiver at all. Your husband MUST attend the interview first the US Consulate will say despite his petition was approved they cannot issue the K1 visa and they will tell him to file the I-601 waiver.
