My fiance finally got his letter in the mail and it has instructions to register with https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-GB/iv to pay MRV fee and courier fee. Everything went fine and we were able to get the courier fee paid and then there was no option to pay for the MRV! We've looked at the London Embassy site and we've found 4 places that says the $240 fee MUST be paid before the interview and receipt brought, which is Thursday, but there is no option!! We called the people at usvisa-info and they said we didn't have to pay it until the interview day???! EVERYWHERE on the embassy site it says otherwise, as well as the consulate reviews. We called again and they routed us to the USCIS which was the wrong website and the wrong fee. All we want to do it pay the fee so the visa can be issued. Anyone have any advice?? I thought the end part would be easy but now I'm more stressed than when we started! Gah!!

You may have done what I did and not followed these instructions to the letter...I had to repeat the process as first time I didn't use the "Apply for a K Visa" option, I used the "Register for Courier" option.

All fiancé visa applicants and their children who will be immigrating with them to the United

States, are required to pay a non-refundable visa application fee of $240 per person, regardless

of age. The fee MUST be paid before you attend the appointment.

The fee is paid by following these simple steps:

1. Visit http://dld.bz/ivbook and select “Apply for a K Visa”

2. Sign up for a user account

3. Select “Add Applicant” to provide information about yourself. Repeat this step for each

person who will apply for a K visa with you.

4. Choose where you want your documents to be sent if your application is successful. Delivery

to a regional center in the UK will not incur additional costs.

5. Pay the MRV fee of $240.00. Payment must be made by MasterCard or Visa debit card.

Once you have paid the fee, you can request home delivery from the courier for a fee of $30 per

applicant. If you wish to select home delivery, you can do so by returning to your profile once

you have paid the fee. Please note that you can only select Home Delivery up until the day

before your interview.

6. Confirm your facility (select U.S. Embassy London).

7. Please DO NOT submit any documents ahead of your interview. You should present all

documents at the time of your appointment.

You may wish to bring the appointment letter with you as confirmation at

The instructions are in this letter they tell you to retrieve in your appointment letter. http://photos.state.gov/libraries/unitedkingdom/164203/cons-visa/IV019_fiance_appt_letter.pdf

If you get out of order (like pay courier before MRV) it is unforgiving. Try to register with a different email address. Then start over and follow the step by step.

Registering with a different email address was exactly what I had to do.
