AOS - in what order do I send the forms in?

So if I'm correct, my partner (USC) needs to fill out these forms:

I-130

I-864

G-325A

and I need to fill out these:

I-485

I-693

G-325A

Now I know that you need to send both the I-130 and the I-485 together but what about the other forms? I'm assuming you have to wait until you have your biometrics appointment to fill out the I-693 form, right?

Also, how do you have to pay the fee? By cheque?

Please follow the guide http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2. You will be doing a concurrent filing so the I-130 and 1-485 along with the supporting forms/docs get mailed all together. There will need to be a medical exam with a civil surgeon and the sealed envelope they give you will go with the packet. You may make payment by check or money order.

As Belinda says. Read and follow the guide carefully. Find a civil surgeon asap, as getting an appointment and getting the I-693 back can take some time.

You also have the option to submit I-131 (Advance parole) and I-765 (EAD card). Both are free if submitted as part of an I-485.

So do I get the medical exam BEFORE I send off the AOS?

Per the guides you must send the I-693 with the packet containing the I-130 and I-485. Best way to do this is print the guide and check off each item as you place it in the packet.
