Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf ?

Hi.. this is my 2nd k1 petiton and i am the benificairy. i know k1 is non immigrant but i am confused and i wanna make sure i will answer this Question right. should answer a YES or a NO.

PS. the first petition was 3-4 years ago and it was already canceled..

Though k1 is a non immigrant visa it is still processed as an immigrant visa in USEM...I would answer yes to the question if anyone has ever immigrant petition on your behalf....USEM would investigate individually any person who will be interview by them.
