Hi, my fiance lives in Colombia we are preparing for her interview. We are not sure of the date yet, but we will know soon. Anyways, my father is co-sponsoring me and my fiance. I want to know every form he will need to send to my fiance attached to the I-134 form for supporting evidence.

Can he send a W2 rather than a tax return, will that be acceptable? Also I know he will send a letter from his employer, but what else will he need to acquire.

Also once my fiance does get her K1 Visa is she able to stay in her country for example 3 months and then come to the United States and get married 60 days later, since the requirement is 90 days once you "enter" the United States. I read somewhere you have up to 6 months to enter the US to get married once your K1 Visa is issued.

Thanks for any assistance.

You need a complete tax return with all forms, schedules, W-2s and/or 1099s OR an IRS transcript. Along with the letter from employer, he could also send a copy of his most recent pay stub(s) as further evidence of income.

The visa typically has an expiration date of 6 months. She can enter the US anytime before the expiration date on the K-1 visa. You have a full 90 days to marry once she enters with the K-1.
