visa issued, but passport tracking has no status

visa was issued two weeks ago ( according to ceac website) . but in ustraveldoc website, there is no status update available for tracking passport.

when I type in passport number , it simply says having no status. instead of 'original scan' like other member post here.

really worried.

does anyone know how long it's going to show status in ustraveldoc?

and if not, any way to find out what's the problem?

i call the ustraveldocs helpdesk, talk with a human, when they are open.

IMO, not much movement with the courier, CITIC BANK Courier, as they were shut for the national holiday from 1 to 7 October. The courier picks up from the IV Unit, so I'm guessing there's piles of visa packets in the mailroom, ready to go, as the IV Unit was open 28, 29,30 SEPT and 4 OCT.

One of my wife's friends got her visa on Monday, so they're back up and running. I'm also getting the "No status" result, so I hope you'll update this thread when you find out something.
