hi,

my sister in law came here last week and some one told my brother he have to pay green card fee here now after he pay the fee then she can get the green card . when my husband came here 2 year ago i did not pay any fee after he came here in USA . Is anybody knows if anything changed or not .thank you

Hypnos is correct, my fiance is getting ready to come to the US and he will be paying the fee before he leaves.

I believe it was in february 2013 when they changed it. There is a $165 fee that has to be paid to receive the greencard

K1/K2 are non-immigrant visas, so they are NOT subjected to pay the immigrant fee of $165.

hello there! please help..i tried paying my immigrant fee but they declined my card,,i was wondering if i can pay using local masters card in peso or i should convert it to dollars? please help..

must be paid in US funds. It can be paid by a foreign card but must be in US funds.

the A# is the registration number on the IR1/CR1 visa (add zeros to make it 9 digits... The A# needs to look like A123456789 so it may need a zero like: A012345678) DOS# is the NVC#
