Hi everyone, my husband is an immigrant from Africa. He came here on a b1-b2 visa. We were married on 4-12-13, all paper work was filed immediately approximately a week later. The beginning of May, we received an appointment for his biometrics. That was done at the end of May. In the meantime, we received an RFE for something we had already provided, but we sent it in again. Last month, he received his EAD. Other than that, the website still states the same about receiving and processing the RFE evidence we have sent in. Has anyone else gone through this? Any idea what could be the hold up?

Please note, my husband was married before in this country. I am not sure if that is what is holding this up. Any ideas would definitely be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
