hi, i am a us citizen. filed for husband from kazakhstan for green card he is in home country. my priority date is september 5 th 2013. my preference as it was written on my recept form is 201 ina spouse of usc. im not sure if that makes it first second or which ever so im not ble to read the visa bullitin to understand when my priority date becomes current, also after i find out that its current how long should it be before the i 130 is approved. thank you so much. this is a really hard time for us im sure as for everyone else but knowing some estimate of when we will see each other again would really help.

you are already current.

Still, you must wait, as there is a queue, USCitizens, in line, before you.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

depends on how yer I-130 was routed, and the queue at the place where it's going to be adjudicated.

Come and join us in our September thread :)http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/452116-september-2013-i-130-filers/

CR-1 visas are always current.

All you have to do is... wait for them to pick up your file and adjudicate it.

This might take about... a very long time.

Current wait time for NOA2 is 9-12 months. You should join the sept filers thread. It's a good resource to any question you might have. Good luck!
