Form 1040 correct format

Hi guys. Another question here. My fiance forwarded me both a hard copy and soft copy of his Form 1040 for the years 2010, 2011 and 2012. However, there is a grayed text in caps in the middle of the forms saying "COPY ONLY DO NOT FILE". Is this an acceptable format for my USEM interview? Or is this really how a Form 1040 copy looks like for all USC taxpayers?

mine goes like this too. As long as its his correct Form 1040.

Yes, sis. Fiance said the only original copy for all American tax payers are submitted to IRS. But I was just asking if he can probably request for a certified true copy or something, but he said everyone who use H&R Block will know this will be the identical ones submitted to IRS. It's great to hear somebody will be bringing the same type of form like me.

My interview will be on the 16th. When is yours?

Thanks, Bumbero! What a relief!! Just curious if I indeed have the correct form of copies. It will be an horror if I get a 221G despite all the preparations and reading that I'm doing.

just a note of advice, remove any HR Block cover sheets.

Our interviewer didn't realize what he was looking at and just kept stating "this is not a tax return" despite the fact he was holding a legit 1040 accepted by the IRS.

had he taken a moment to flip the page, he would have realized we were all set

i had the same thought "everyone knows what an HR Block return looks like".

advice 2, attach your W2, its not automatically attached on the digital form, you need to add it

now we are stuck in administrative processing.
