I learned you should always wash a pan before you use it. That way it's the cleanest right before you put food in it.

Besides, I never learned any rule that you should always wash a pan after a spider craps in it.

Don't wash it now, wash it later.

I'm female and first of all I'd take the spider in my hands and let it outside or on a plant. No way would I bother to wash it. Geez, there are more bacteria on your hands than a flippin spider. I agree with Mags -- the obsession with cleaning products is what's making us less immune. I'm clean, my house is clean, but I like to keep my immune system healthy too. :yes:

I would normally wash it anyway. Now I would use a flamethrower for sterilization, following this story:
