Can I sponsor my spouse with my Subway job?

I started my job at Subway two weeks ago as a Cashier and I work 60 hours per week. I make $24,00 per year. Can I go ahead and file I-864 for my spouse as I am getting my first pay check just for two weeks that I worked. My manager is willing to write me an Employment Letter, but I am not sure if the letter is on a regular paper or Subway's letterhead. Does a regular paper work as well, as it has all the contact info in it!

i would wait til you got a months worth of pay stubs and the employment letter. That is what we did and we did not get any RFE

2013-08-20 (DAY 8) Noa1 received via Text around 11pm, next day was email. Received my case numbers

2013-08-23 (Day 11)- received hard copy in mail for Noa1 gc , Work permit

2013-08-30 (Day 18) Received Biometrics appointment letter in the mail.

2013-09-17 (Day 25) biometrics appointment day @2pm Detriot

2013-09-25 (Day 33) received text and email , I485 changed to testing and interview

2013-10-02 (Day 40) received text message and email @7am about my interview date

2013-10-04 (Day 42) Received hard copy interview letter in the mail

2013-10-10 (Day 48) Work permit Card in production

2013-10-16 (Day 54) 2nd Text and email @830am Work permit in Production

2013-10-21 (Day 59) text/email notice 10am . Work Permit sent

2013-10-21(Day 59)Text/ email @9pm received text with tracking number -2 day delievery

2013-10-24(Day 62) received my work permit in the mail.

2013-10-25 Filled for my Social Security number today

Per http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf, your annual income should be fine for you and the beneficiary. The letter I provided was company letter head (well it had the info of the branch where i work at). If you have kids, then you might need a co-sponser.

You will need to provide 2012 tax forms, or a letter explaining you had no income last year. What was your income last year? Also you can and should include bank statements indicating how much you have in savings, checking, investments, etc. Transactions in and out over the last 12 months.

You're short term employment will probably get you a closer look. Anything you can do to show steady income over the last year will help.
