One Year in AP at New Delhi

My husband's interview was in Oct 2012. Finally after numerous inquiries and personal visits, embassy asked for fresh documents: medical and pcc along with passport. We have submitted these documents on August 21, 2013. After that case status has been submitted couple of times. However; it still say in AP.

Anyone have experience how long it takes to get visa issued after submission of documents?

@ mkuard i hope u should thank God for having tht patient of 1year in AP and u hv being ask to submit Passprt all i can advice is to wait few more not too long like b4

Embassy folks visited our place twice. First there was an inquiry department and then it was fraud prevention unit. That's the reason, I believe there is something fishy. I kind of wanted to take lawyer approach. Also, I am visiting embassy on Oct 31st. Let's see what happens first.
